CXCL10 and asthma: In this case, a 10-fold increase in RV RNA was associated with a 56-fold increase (95% CI 14, 230) in CXCL10 mRNA in the normal group, compared to a 2.8-fold increase (95% CI 1.2, 6.8) in CXCL10 mRNA in the asthma group.
