Several cell surface proteins of the ErbB receptor tyrosine kinase family such as c-erbB-1 (EGFR, HER-1), c-erbB-2 (HER-2/neu) and c-erbB-4 (HER-4) are overexpressed in different tumors including PCa [154] and may represent promising target structures for T-cell or antibody-based immunotherapy. The gene discussed is EGFR; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
