Compared with the wild A/A genotype, ABCB1 rs3842 A/G or G/G (OR 1.36, 95% CI 1.06–1.76) and ABCC1 rs212090 A/T or T/T (OR 1.37, 95% CI 1.03–1.83) genotypes were associated with an increased risk of lung cancer. This evidence concerns the gene ABCB1 and lung carcinoma.
