Among hematological malignancies, TET2 is mutated most frequently in AML, secondary AML (sAML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), systemic mastocytosis, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), and other MPNs [94,95,96,97,98,99,100,101,102,103,104,105,106]. Here, TET2 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
