As shown in Tables 2 and 3, eight of the top 10 TFs with higher outgoing degrees [26-35] and more than half of the hub nodes were either well-known lung cancer regulators, such as MYC and TP53, or related to lung cancer development and progression, such as E2F1 and SP1 [13,36-49]. This evidence concerns the gene E2F1 and lung carcinoma.
