Our results showed that ALL+CD4+ cells were IL-10+ (15%), IL-4+ (8%), IFN-γ+ (2%), and TGF-β+ (15%); in contrast, the percentages of cells positive to intracellular cytokines in the ALL−CD4+ T cells subset were as follows: IL-10+ cells (2%), IL-4+ cells (1%), IFN-γ+ cells (<1%), and TGF-β+ cells (6%) (Figure 4). Here, IFNG is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
