At six weeks post infection, LAINeffs∆-1 and LAINeffs∆-13 were determined to have 8.2 ± 3.5% (n = 4) and 6.1 ± 2.3% (n = 4) CD38+ HLA-DR+ double positive CD8+ T cells in blood, respectively. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is infection.
