In this regard, an epidemiological study from Chan, with a cohort of more than 30 thousands women, showed that those with very high plasma levels of TNFRSF1B protein had a higher risk of CRC, and the chemo-protective effect of aspirin was retained only among women with high TNFRSF1B protein levels [30].
