[31] Thus, we examined whether digitoflavone was effective in blocking NF-κB activation in three human pancreatic cancer cell lines. According to results, digitoflavone completely inhibited TNFα-induced NF-κB activation in all three cell lines (Fig. 3), thereby indicating that digitoflavone was effective in inhibiting TNFα-inducible NF-κB in pancreatic cancer cell lines of varying differentiation.
