Positive coefficients were found in the other 9 glycosylation peptides within 7 leading proteins, including isoform 1 of α-1 antitrypsin (A1AT), 64 kDa protein, small ubiquitin-related modifier (SUMO), isoform 1 of inter-α-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H4 (ITIH4), complement factor H-related protein 4 isoform 2 (CFHR-4), isoform 1 of complement factor H (CFH-1), isoform 2 of CLU, and suggested a down-regulated glycosylation level in HCC patients compared to the healthy controls. The gene discussed is ITIH4; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
