The results showed that the Zimp7, GINS2 and NAG-1 transcripts were upregulated in lung adenocarcinoma and that the mean ratio (T/N; mean ± SD) of the three genes in 150 matched tumor and normal samples were 3.86±2.09, 6.80±4.55 and 10.80±5.61, respectively, with an upregulation positive percentage of 85.33% (128/150), 88.67% (133/150) and 96.67% (145/150), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene ZMIZ2 and lung adenocarcinoma.
