The median serum VEGF-C concentration (25–75th quartile) was 655.7±103.6 pg/ml (612.7–762.4 pg/ml) in patients with lung carcinoma and 577.5±44.2 pg/ml (547.5–586.8 pg/ml) in patients with benign tumors. This evidence concerns the gene VEGFC and lung carcinoma.
