The results were discordant: a case of a stage 1 NB was found to have 3 copies of MYCN on array-CGH [14]; a patient with stage 4S NB was found to have MYCN gain by FISH [15] and the third child with stage 4 NB was found to have MYCN amplification presenting as multiple double minutes (dmin) on FISH examination [9]. Here, MYCN is linked to neuroblastoma.
