Nevertheless, IL-19 promoted migration and induced CXCR4 expression in CE81T cells; anti-IL-19 mAb inhibited that expression, which indicated that the effects of IL-19 were specific. The measurement of IL-19 on in vivo metastasis in a mouse model remains to be determined. Our in vivo experiment showed that anti-IL-19 monoclonal antibody inhibited CE81T tumor growth.
