Firstly, we demonstrated that patients harboring only the CBFA2T3-GLIS2 fusion transcript and patients harboring both CBFA2T3-GLIS2 and DHH-RHEBL1 fusion transcripts exhibited an overexpression of GLIS2 compared to CN-AML patients, this finding being consistent with recently published data [13,14,23]. This evidence concerns the gene GLIS2 and acute myeloid leukemia.
