Taken together, these findings indicate that DHH-RHEBL1-positive patients exhibit a distinct expression signature compared to both CN-AML patients and to CBFA2T3-GLIS2-positive patients (Figure 3), suggesting that the presence of DHH-RHEBL1 fusion transcript could be important in the definition of a new subgroup among the CBFA2T3-GLIS2-positive patients. This evidence concerns the gene GLIS2 and acute myeloid leukemia.
