Plasma concentrations of GAlbudAb prior to a 30 min myocardial ischemia were 2476 ± 561 ng/ml and 2606 ± 175 ng/ml at the doses of 2 mg/kg and 6 mg/kg, respectively, which were above the projected drug exposure to activate GLP-1 receptors when myocardial I/R injury occurred. This evidence concerns the gene GLP1R and myocardial ischemia.
