GH1 and eating disorder: The aim of this review was to describe the key role of orexigenic and anorexigenic hormones originating from the gut, central nervous system, and AT and to discuss how an impairment of energy balance and interaction between these factors and up- or downregulated neutralizing autoantibodies are involved in the pathogenesis, autoimmunity, regulation of food intake, energy expenditure, and growth hormone (GH) release in eating disorders.
