Results show that cytoplasmic p27kip1 (p27 kip1S10D) reduced the RhoA-GTP levels in CD34+ cells obtained from chronic phase CML (Fig. 3C) indicating that cytoplasmic p27kip1 indeed reduces RhoA activity. The gene discussed is RHOA; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
