Figure S3 shows that allowing for 2 enriched pathways in CD, RA and T1D does not yield strong support for associations beyond what is already revealed by enrichment of the single top pathway. We do, however, find that a segment near IL12B shows a substantial gain in support for association with CD ( increases from 0.03 to 0.44), and this association is confirmed by other GWAS [6], [7], [132], [133]. The gene discussed is IL12B; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
