Additionally, we found 9 proteins (histone-binding protein RBBP4, α-actinin 1, 14-3-3 protein, transketolase, pyruvate kinase, DJ-1 protein, F-actin capping protein alpha-1, protein PP4-X and moesin), which represented potential biomarkers differentiating between the AML M1/M2 patients and healthy volunteers. This evidence concerns the gene SLBP and acute myeloid leukemia.
