We further measured the RNA expression levels of CCAT2 by RT-qPCR in a set of 56 unmatched samples (26 non-cancer breast tissues and 30 breast cancer tissues) from OICN and detected significantly increased levels of CCAT2 RNA in tumor samples compared to the non-tumor group (P=0.026) (Fig. 1a).
