DDX41 and dengue disease: Previous studies have shown that the level of anti-prM Abs in dengue-immune sera (either primary or secondary DENV infection) was much lower than that of anti-E Abs based on the intensity of prM and E bands in Western blot analysis, where the antigens were derived from virus-infected cell lysates and presumably contained equal molar ratios of prM and E proteins [13], [49]–[51].
