The literature review showed that the most common tumour characteristics are size between 1 and 2 cm, infiltrating ductal carcinoma represents 71.4%–89.3%, the most common grade is the middle grade, vascular invasion ranging from 31.6% to 42.5%, oestrogen receptors up to 81%, and progesterone receptors up to 64% [12–15]. This evidence concerns the gene PGR and invasive ductal breast carcinoma.
