Our results in the two cell lines agree with previously published data on the upregulation of MIR93, MIR95, MIR135B, MIR181C, MIR181D, MIR182, MIR183, MIR190, MIR196B and MIR203, and downregulation of MIR20A and MIR29C in pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasms (PanIns) or pancreatic adenocarcinomas (PDACs) as compared to normal pancreatic tissue [34-36]. This evidence concerns the gene MIR181D and pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
