Our Western blot analysis revealed significant increase in the levels of p53, bax and caspase-3, whereas significant reduction in the levels of bcl-2 was perceived signifying pro-apoptotic environment induced by calcarea carbonica-primed T cells in mammary carcinoma cells when compared to un-/placebo-primed T cells (Figure 7D). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is breast carcinoma.
