Our results demonstrate that in comparison to T cells incubated with untreated and placebo-treated tumor supernatant, T cells primed with calcarea carbonica-treated tumor supernatant were efficient inducers of apoptosis in wild-type p53-expressing human breast cancer cells like MCF-7 and HBL-100 (Figure 5B) when co-cultured for 48 h.
