PRDM14 and breast carcinoma: Indeed, PRDM14 overexpression has been detected in a variety of human cancer types, including non-small cell lung cancer, T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), high hyperdiploid pre-B-ALL, and breast cancer (Liu et al., 2010; Dettman et al., 2011; Hu et al., 2005; Moelans et al., 2010; Nishikawa et al., 2007).
