HRP2 levels of >0 U/mL had a RAF of 76.7% (95% CI, 52.1%–90.9%) for at least 1 feature of retinopathy; the RAF increased to 83.6% (95% CI, 59.3%–95.1%) for levels of ≥5 U/mL, the threshold for the maximum combined sensitivity and specificity. Here, HDGFL2 is linked to retinal disorder.
