A statistically significant positive co-variation was found between AMH and LH, which applied to both PCOS women p = 0.001, 0,12 (95% CI: 0,06; 0;19) and the control group p = 0,002, 0,06 (95% CI: 0,03; 0,10). This evidence concerns the gene AMH and polycystic ovary syndrome.
