SETBP1 and food allergy: Since microbial adjuvants can facilitate the establishment of food allergy animal models [12]–[14], intestinal epithelial barrier dysfunction is one of the features of the induced food allergy model [4], we treated the intestinal epithelial cells with Staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) or cholera toxin (CT), which are powerful adjuvants using in establishment of intestinal allergic animal models.
