CD8A and infection: In the PyXNL-GFP infected BALB/c mice, the average arrest coefficients for CD8+ T cells adoptively transferred from Py-RAS immunized mice revealed significantly higher numbers of CD8+ T cells with track velocities of less than 2 μm/min (p<0.05) at 18 h (64%) and 42 h (76%) post infection when compared to the CD8+ T cell arrest coefficient in immunized mice (Fig.5B).
