Food allergy to wheat (both IgE and non-IgE mediated) is well-known and manifests with a variety of symptoms that include atopic dermatitis exacerbations [24,32-34], exercise-induced anaphylaxis [8], eosinophilic esophagitis [35], baker’s asthma [36], and celiac disease [37].
