SERPINB5 and cervical carcinoma: In our study, we evaluate cytoplasmic and nuclear maspin expression respectively in normal cervix, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 3 (CIN3) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the uterine cervix and the density of lymphatic microvessels (LMVD) in the tumor tissue to discover the relationship between maspin subcellular expression and progression as well as lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis in cervical cancer.
