Neutrophils (CD11b+Ly6G+) were increased by 3.4 and 13.9-fold in the BM and spleen, respectively (Figure 4C), and CD11b+CD19+ B cells were increased by 5.25 and 3.4-fold in the BM and spleen on day 10 post-infection compared with their levels in uninfected mice (Figure 4D).
