The following grade 3 or 4 laboratory data or abnormal symptoms that were at least one grade higher than the baseline were encountered in this study: RAL+DRV/r arm: a rise in ALT (due to acute hepatitis B infection, n=1), and elevated LDL-cholesterol (n=3), LPV/r+TVD arm: elevated LDL-cholesterol (n=1), and hypophosphatemia (n=3). This evidence concerns the gene GPT and hypophosphatemia.
