CD79A and lupus nephritis: Conversely, patients with kidney involvement showed higher levels of IgA anti-dsDNA (p = 0.0002) (Figure 2), and a significant higher frequency of lupus nephritis has been shown in IgA anti-dsDNA positive (56/98, 57%) in respect to IgA anti-dsDNA negative (27/102, 26%) (χ2 = 19.3; p = 0.0001).
