Therefore, we investigated the association of three genetic polymorphisms (hOGG1 Ser326Cys, APE1 Asp148Glu, and ADPRT Val762Ala) in BER genes with the risk of lung adenocarcinoma, as well as the relationship of the three genetic polymorphisms with environmental factors (cooking oil fumes) in the Chinese non-smoking female population. Here, PARP1 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
