Previous reports have shown that DBH involved in psychotic symptoms of several mental disorders, such as schizophrenia [20], attention deficit hyperactivity disorder [21], and post-traumatic stress disorder [22], and most of all, levels and activity of the DBH in the plasma and cerebrospinal fluid are closely related biochemical phenotypes in schizophrenia [23]. The gene discussed is DBH; the disease is post-traumatic stress disorder.
