Also, the inverse relationship between the CDK6 and miR-105 expression levels we observed between PrEC and the prostate tumour cell lines (Fig. 7C), together with the increase in Cdk6 expression in PrEC transfected with miR-105 hairpin inhibitors (Fig. 7D) lends further support to our hypothesis.
