A number of researches demonstrated that overexpressions of EGFR and ErbB-2 has been observed in many cancer patients and correlate with a poor prognosis for several tumors including non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), prostate, breast, stomach, colon, and ovarian cancers [2]–[6]. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
