RRM1 more effectively predicted poor survival in patients with GC with advanced TNM stage (stage III/IV, HR = 1.55; 95% CI 1.08–2.24), higher histological grade (high, HR = 1.58; 95% CI 1.11–2.26), undifferentiated adenocarcinoma (HR = 1.73; 95% 1.14–2.67) and high proliferative potential (Ki67-positive, HR = 2.10; 95% CI 1.40–3.22). Here, MKI67 is linked to gastric cancer.
