The dysregulation of LSD1 activity has an important role in human tumorigenesis [14], and studies have already been performed on breast cancer [22], prostate cancer [23], leukemia [24], lung cancer [25], bladder cancer [26], neuroblastoma [27], and colorectal cancer [28], etc. However, the role of LSD1 in colorectal cancer has not been elucidated. This evidence concerns the gene KDM1A and colorectal cancer.
