Firstly, CK20 and CDX-2 are diffusely and strongly positive in urachal carcinoma, while about 50% of urachal carcinomas are positive for CK7, so there are two possible profiles for urachal carcinoma (CK7−/CK20+/CDX2+ vs. CK7+/CK20+/CDX2+). The gene discussed is CDX2; the disease is bladder urachal carcinoma.
