Some were already associated with T-CD8+ leukemias (Il2ra [5]; and Pdgfrb [6]) and others were associated with other types of T-leukemias or cancer (Irf4 [7], Hrb [8], Depdc6 [9], Als2cl [10], Tle4 [11] and Cdc42ep3 [12]) (Table 1), thus validating our approach.
