Similarly, a serum kininogen-1 concentration of 173.96 μg/ml was selected as the optimal cutoff value for differentiating CRC patients and controls, with the associated sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values, and accuracy rates being 63.64%, 65.88%, 75.83%, 51.85%, and 64.47%, respectively.
