To help fill this research gap, this study investigated the relationship and nature of interaction among ENO1, plasminogen, uPA, and uPAR; the effect of blocking ENO1 with Ab or silencing the expression of ENO1 with a specific shRNA plasmid in lung cancer cells; and the impact of adoptive transfer of Ab against ENO1 on the establishment of lung and bone metastasis by lung cancer cells in animal models.
