As shown in Figure 2A, the degraded products of DQ-collagen (green fluorescence) and ENO1 (red fluorescence) were observed to be co-localized at the interface between tumor cells and the matrigel, suggesting that ENO1 is associated with collagen degradation and accumulates at the invading front of tumor cells in a 3D culture system.
