TP53 and cancer: Genes with an GxA interaction in both skin and adipose tissue included a member of the B-cell lymphoma family (BCL7C)as well as the BRCA1 associated RING domain 1 gene (BARD1) and the YEATS domain containing 4 (YEATS4, also known as GAS41), both of which are p53 related genes previously associated with cancer.
