Multivariate logistic regression analysis (Table 5) identified four independent predictors for the presence of an IPA diagnosis in CIIC patients: CD8+ T-cell counts (D3 and D10) (odds ratio (OR) 0.34, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.23 to 0.46; OR 0.68; 95% CI 0.56 to 0.80), CD28+CD8+ T-cell counts (D3) (OR 0.73, 95% CI 0.61 to 0.86) and CD3+ T-cell counts (D10) (OR 0.81, 95% CI 0.63 to 0.98). This evidence concerns the gene CD28 and Ito hypomelanosis.
