As seen in pediatric patients, no difference was found in the percentage of CCR9+ cells within the mucosally-imprinted CD62LnegCD38+ Foxp3+ T cell subset from adult RCD patients (20.6% ± SD 14.1), treated CD patients (14.3% ± SD 6.9) when compared to controls (15.2% ± SD 5.4). Here, CCR9 is linked to Cowden disease.
