Following virus infection, a 3- to 7-fold increase in c-Cbl phosphorylation and 11- to 17- fold increase in p-myosin IIA was observed at 5, 10, and 30 min p.i., whereas a 14- to 18-fold increase in phosphorylation of clathrin heavy chain was observed at 5 and 10 min which was subsequently decreased at 30 min p.i. (Figure 3A). This evidence concerns the gene CLTC and viral infectious disease.
