Here, we found that TNF diminished the inhibitory effects of AIMs on NF-κB. This is a little bit different from our previous result demonstrating that AIMs completely suppressed TNF-induced NF-κB activation and IκBα phosphorylation in Hep3B hepatocellular carcinoma cell line [6]. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
